“ I am unable to drive and had lost my confidence to carry out even the ordinary day to day things I used to do without even thinking.

I would put things off like going shopping or attending appointments, even my hobbies suffered and no way could I go out socialising.

Since I have had a Support worker I have regained a lot of my confidence and am now doing some of the things I thought I would never do again.

As you can see from my photo, with the help of my Support Worker, I had a great time at Wembley Stadium”.
